Today my school group went to Toledo. We had a guided tour visiting the monumental parts (San Juan de kid Reyes Monastery, Santa Maria la Blanca Synagogue, and the Cathedral). Toledo was beautiful except for all the steep hills that made walking around unbearable. When our group got back from Toledo we had chocolate and churros. It was awkward because these Spanish women saw me finishing my friends' chocolate that obviously shouldn't be wasted in the trash so I gave it a new home in my belly. The women thought it was funny and offered me theirs and they thought it was funnier when I said yes. I also had the best grilled vegetables that I've ever had that night for dinner so I like to think that it balances out the chocolate.
