Day 8

I woke up and went to class from 8-2. I had Chemistry and Spanish. I enjoy having a schedule and work to keep me busy. I wore my favorite outfit thus far during the trip. I love the colors blue, purple, and green. I'm Asian so I basically am a panda and I love sports shorts with my discounted Chacos that follow my favorite color scheme. My new fanny pack is killer and my Hawaiian lanyard finishes the look. It's a true representation of my character and  is an attention grabber for sure. After class Brittnay and I went to Lonja. Warning!!A brief history lesson. In the 15th century Valencia was the most popular city of Spain unlike today where it is the third most populated city. Valencia had too much money to know what to do with so they made an awesome market for merchants who wanted to gain profit from the bustling and successful trades in Valencia. Lonja was basically a fancy trading post to prove Valencias wealth for the world to see. It's known for these special columns that twist and look like palm trees. After our visit to Lonjo we walked around and found cheap stores that sold tourist souvenirs. I discovered my weakness for fans. They are so cute and they definitely help with the hot Spanish climate. That's my new current obsession! I love the sound it makes too! It's so crisp! On the way back home we also saw the thinnest building in the world. It's  107 centimeters wide. I've been living off of my birthday cake so far but it makes my stomach hurt every time. But the quicker I eat it, the quicker I will be done so I will just conquer and persevere. Never give up!
